Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
 

  • Put the chicken in a zip bag.
  • Add oil and soy sauce.
  • Add honey and garlic.
  • Pour in lemon juice and mustard.
  • Add pepper, salt, and oregano.
  • Close the bag and mix it well.
  • Put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Heat the grill or oven.
  • Take chicken out of the bag.
  • Throw away the extra marinade.
  • Cook chicken for 6–7 minutes per side.
  • Check the inside to make sure it’s done.
  • Let the chicken rest before you eat.

Notes

  1. Let the chicken sit overnight for better taste.
  2. Use fresh lemon for a fresh flavor.
  3. Do not use old marinade again.
  4. Let chicken rest before cutting.
  5. You can also use legs or thighs.
