  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • ½ bell pepper sliced
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper optional

Instructions
 

  • Cook noodles per package instructions until tender.
  • Drain noodles and toss with sesame oil lightly.
  • Heat wok over medium-high heat with vegetable oil.
  • Add chicken, cook until browned, about 4 minutes.
  • Add garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds.
  • Toss in broccoli, carrots, and bell pepper slices.
  • Stir-fry vegetables until just tender, about 3 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix soy, oyster, and hoisin sauce.
  • Add cooked noodles and sauce to the wok.
  • Toss everything together until well combined and hot.
  • Sprinkle green onions and red pepper before serving.
