Ingredients
  

  • cup  Corn syrup light
  • cup  Sugar
  • cup  Almond slices
  • cup  Butter softened 
  • ½ cup Flour  

For The Cheesecake Filling:

  • 8 oz  Cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • ½ tablespoon  Vanilla
  • ¾ cup  Powdered Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the waffle iron to medium heat.
  • Mix corn syrup, sugar, almond slices, and softened butter in a bowl.
  • Gradually add flour, forming a soft dough.
  • Grease the waffle iron with non-stick spray.
  • Spoon a tablespoon of dough into the waffle iron.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove the cone, let it cool.
  • Repeat for 8 cones.
  • Blend cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until fluffy.
  • Gradually add powdered sugar, and mix well.
  • Fill the piping bag with filling.
  • Pipe into cooled cones.
  • Serve immediately for the best taste.
