Ingredients
  

  • 1 3/4 lbs Red cabbage (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup Lime juice (fresh)
  • 1/4 cup White wine vinegar
  • 1 cup Parsley (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Asian fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Carrot (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Whisk lime juice, vinegar, fish sauce, and sugar in a bowl.
  • Add cabbage, parsley, and a pinch of salt. Toss well.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Season with salt before serving.
