  • ½ cup Canned Milk
  • 1 clove Garlic (Minced)
  • ½ tsp Oregano
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1 cup  Monterey jack cheese (Grated)
  • ½ cup Hatch chile (Roasted and peeled)
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • spoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup  American white cheese (Grated)
  • ½ tsp Cilantro (Fresh)
  • ½ cup  onions cubes (Chopped)
  • ½ cup  Tomatoes (Chopped)

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a pan on medium heat.
  • Cook minced garlic, chilies, tomatoes, and onions till soft (3 mins).
  • Add milk, pepper, oregano, and salt. Simmer (5-7 mins).
  • Mix both cheeses till smooth and creamy.
  • Turn off the heat, and add cilantro.
  • Serve with chips or tortillas and salsa or guacamole.
