Ingredients
  

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut peppers in half, remove seeds.
  • Place peppers in a greased baking dish.
  • Heat olive oil in a small saucepan.
  • Add shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and cream cheese.
  • Stir until cream cheese melts and mixes well.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spoon the chicken mixture into each pepper half.
  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly on top of peppers.
  • Cover dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for 10 more minutes.
  • Drizzle with ranch dressing before serving peppers.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving warm.
