Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled, deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Pat shrimp dry with paper towels.
  • Season shrimp with Cajun spice and paprika.
  • Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add shrimp and cook 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Remove shrimp and set aside briefly.
  • Lower heat and melt butter in pan.
  • Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • Stir in lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Return shrimp to pan and mix well.
  • Sprinkle chopped parsley over shrimp.
  • Season with salt and pepper as needed.
  • Serve immediately over rice or grits.
