Ingredients
  

  • 2 lobster tails 5-6 oz each
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven on broil setting.
  • Thaw lobster tails fully if frozen.
  • Use shears to cut tail shell lengthwise.
  • Gently lift meat from the shell.
  • Place meat above the shell for display.
  • Pat lobster meat dry with towels.
  • Mix butter, garlic, paprika, and lemon juice.
  • Brush mixture generously on lobster meat.
  • Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Place lobster on baking sheet.
  • Broil 5-10 minutes, depending on size.
  • Meat should be opaque and firm.
  • Remove and let rest for 2 minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
