Thaw lobster tails fully if frozen.
Use shears to cut tail shell lengthwise.
Gently lift meat from the shell.
Place meat above the shell for display.
Pat lobster meat dry with towels.
Mix butter, garlic, paprika, and lemon juice.
Brush mixture generously on lobster meat.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Place lobster on baking sheet.
Broil 5-10 minutes, depending on size.
Meat should be opaque and firm.
Remove and let rest for 2 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
