- 2 cloves garlic minced

- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce optional
- 1 tsp cornstarch optional
- 2 tbsp water
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Wash broccoli and mushrooms well.
