Cook noodles per package instructions, drain well.
Toss beef with cornstarch and a pinch of salt.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear beef slices until browned, then remove them.
Add garlic, ginger to the skillet, cook until fragrant.
Add bell pepper, carrot, cabbage, and cook until tender.
Add cooked noodles to the skillet, toss to combine.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil.
Return beef to the skillet, add beef broth, mix well.
Cook until sauce thickens and noodles are well coated.
Top with chopped green onions before serving hot.
