Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack
  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • ½ cup salsa
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a skillet.
  • Add onion and garlic, sauté till soft.
  • Add beef, cook until browned fully.
  • Drain excess fat from the pan.
  • Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper.
  • Stir to combine the spices well.
  • Add ¼ cup salsa, cook for 2 minutes.
  • Place tortilla on a clean board.
  • Spoon beef in the center of tortilla.
  • Add shredded cheese on the beef.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly.
  • Place seam side down on tray.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top of burritos.
  • Cover with foil for even melting.
  • Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes.
  • Serve warm with salsa and sour cream.
