Heat oil in a skillet.
Add onion and garlic, sauté till soft.
Add beef, cook until browned fully.
Drain excess fat from the pan.
Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper.
Stir to combine the spices well.
Add ¼ cup salsa, cook for 2 minutes.
Place tortilla on a clean board.
Spoon beef in the center of tortilla.
Add shredded cheese on the beef.
Roll the tortilla tightly.
Place seam side down on tray.
Sprinkle cheese on top of burritos.
Cover with foil for even melting.
Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes.
Serve warm with salsa and sour cream.
