Line tray with parchment paper.
Mix chicken, ricotta, breadcrumbs in a bowl.
Add parmesan, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, seasoning.
Mix gently until combined well.
Use scoop to shape into balls.
Place on baking tray evenly spaced.
Drizzle olive oil over meatballs.
Bake for 20-22 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve hot with your choice.
