  • ¼ cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a big pan over medium heat. Now add garlic and a bit of salt. Cook until fragrant, about 20-50 seconds.
  • Introduce broccoli to the pan, season with salt and pepper. Sauté for 3-5 minutes.
  • Pour in ¼ cup of water. Cook for 5 more minutes or until the broccoli is done.
  • Uncover and let the liquid evaporate. Season with salt and pepper. Serve and Enjoy!
