Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease your 9x13 inch pan.
Mix flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg.
In another bowl, whisk sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla.
Add dry ingredients to wet mixture slowly.
Fold in apples and pecans with spatula.
Pour batter into your prepared pan.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until set.
Let cake cool on a rack fully.
Melt butter and brown sugar in saucepan.
Add milk and stir till smooth glaze forms.
Remove from heat, add vanilla, mix well.
Pour glaze over cooled cake slowly.
Let glaze set for a few minutes.
Slice and serve warm to enjoy.
