Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups Whole Milk
  • 1 cup  Vanilla Protein Powder
  • ½ cup Sugar-Free Powdered Sweetener (like Swerve) To Taste
  • 1 ½ cups   Heavy Cream
  • 2 servings Collagen (unflavored)
  • 2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Follow the ice cream maker's instructions.
  • Blend cream, milk, protein, sweetener, collagen, and vanilla.
  • Blend until smooth for about 30 seconds.
  • The mix should be poured into the ice cream maker and churned for around 12 minutes.
  • Transfer to loaf pan, wrap, and chill for 4 hours.
  • Soften briefly, scoop, and savor your creation.

  • Pick good protein powder for great taste.
  • Adjust sweetness to liking.
